Hey - Just joined
Had a 170bhp Starlet Turbo 800kg's
Sold it to save up some money for a scooby uk turbo, i'm 20 with 1 NCB and 2 years held licence, live in a nice area
I have tried some quotes in the gocompare and best ive got was 4k so far, but with some hardwork i know it can be bought down'
My starlet was 2000 a year with 0 NCB and its a import
Now i've got a 1NCB and it will be UK Spec
I understand people can't guess but a rough answer would be nice and also anyone else insuring a scooby turbo at 20 ?
Cheers!

hi mate welcome to the sn
i would advise you to have a look at insurance specialists hear in sn, sky insurance, green light etc theirs plenty out their, i wouldn't waste my time on money super market or go compare , best to go direct
in my research iv always found the longer you owned the car the cheaper it gets good luck mate

I bought my uk spec when I was 20 about 3 years ago. When I got it I was paying about 3k and that was with 3 NCB. I guess with insurance how it is now 4k is a damn good price for a 20 year old!

I dont feel that any Scoobynet insurers will entertain 20 year old with only 1 year's NCB on an Impreza, it is not something Sky Insurance would do.
