You will need the keys and transponder to work with the pridruve ecu.

Not for a MY99 UK car - plug it in and off you go.

If you are getting a remap anyway then there is no point in getting a prodrive ECU, just remap your standard one.

PPP ECU is mapped for 240bhp standard 212. Other parts needed for full benefit though

if the prodrive one is mapped over standard does that mean if i put it in mine and get it remapped at a rooling road and i would'nt have to buy the ecotech and licence,

09 plate intercooler and new ugraded td04, green filter, sillicon turbo intake pipe

A prodrive ecu will give you more torque over your std ecu andmore bhp when it is fitted with the otherparts in the package. With this ecu

you will need to get a Y pipe for the intercooler, and a prodrive centre and backbox exhaust along with the ecu you should see 238 - 245 bhp over the std 215 bhp on your current wagon.Whilst it gives more 'grunt' over the std item your top speed will still remain the same. If you then require a remap you will still have to pay for the licence,so if your after more than 250 bhp then remap your current ecu, anything less then stick with the prodrive imho.
