Default parts prices.......

hi there to start my engine rebuild KT green subaru say i will need a full gasket set they have offered me this at what seems like a high price, is there anywhere else i can get this set from?
they also told me i need a special tool for seperating the engine?
can anyone shed some light on this as this is my first attempt to take the engine to peices
tonight i will remove bumper bonnet wings (so they dont get damaged) and FMIC and piping thank you in advance

also i have seen some headbolds for £236.00 there cosworth ones can i get these cheaper also?
also £560.00 for a v9 crankshaft and acl bearings?

are they lots of diffrent crank bearing avaliable? there is a crank on ebay a (v9 crank with acl bearings) is this what i will need bearing wise?
also what are camskills gaskets like any good or do i pay 480 pounds for a subaru full gasket set (i dont wanna do that)

also been told i need:
oil pump £153.46 (i have a rodger clark one fitter already?)
oil cooler £256.00
oil sump £87.42
and pick up pipe £32.60 all + vat
is this correct?
