Default mapped ecu???/

is there any way you can check if an ecu has been mapped?

friend was told his bug eye was mapped but only runs 12 psi?

12psi is only about 0.9 bar, seems standardish on a uk classic...

Regards your question, I personally don't know. Have you attempted to look at the ECU, or remove the top casing off to see inside? any markings, numbers, stickers etc?

its a jdm

dont think hes looked at the ecu tbh.

what should the jdm wrx run boost wise?

also what are the advantages of having avcs on compared to the uk cars?

When I asked was told 14 psi was standard if 0.9 psi is standard then I'm happy as I boost 15 psi and hold at 14 psi :-)

I work on the basis 14.51psi is 1 bar.

so what does the bug jdm wrx run boost wise

should it run more than the uk one?

Hi there

We have JDM WRX(now is slightly modded) and as standard boost run around 0.9-1bar and 250bhp
