Hawkeye Front grill de-badge
I am thinking of de-badging the front centre grill on my hawkeye, I have taken it off and if you remove the badge you are left with a hole in the mesh..
Anyone know where they do replacements center grills or is it a DIY job with new mesh..!
Any one done this already if so pic's please..
Cheers.

Just something I been thinking of doing for a while Glenn, not 100% going to do it but i do like it..
Going to keep my original grill, and experiment with a donor one hopefully if I cant get a streight replacement, so if I change my mind in 10 mins I can put the original back on..

I bought a sheet of stainless steel mesh grill and cut my own
Then sprayed it satin black
Only problem was I had to buy an 8ftx4ft sheet of mesh
Got lots spare if you want to pop round for some

Removed the front grill tonight, stripped it down by removing all the screews, un clipped the mesh now so i am off shopping tomorrow to see if i can match up the mesh.
Good thing about it is that if i change my mind in a couple of months i can put it all back as it was in about 20mins...
