Default Disabling the meta sat hatch tracker

I'm currently spending a lot of time out of the country, normally about 3 weeks a time, I don't subscribe to the tracker service but sure it's still switched on and draining the battery as each time I return to the car the battery is flat, this is a pain in the **** as normally this is at a secure airport carport normally in the early hours and the last thing I need after a 12 hr flight...

The battery is new and the alternator is fine so is a battery drain, I have located the tracking device but am unsure how this can be turned off but am sure it can be.

Anyone got any advice?

Drop me a pm as don't think it would be a good idea posting on an open forum!

Tried your dealer?
Or Metasat themselves? If you are the rightful owner, they will explain, I'm sure.

Not tried the dealer yet, thought it was the battery at first but Sunday night was the last straw after a 12 hr flight from Korea...

Problem with the dealer is everything starts at £100 at least!
