Hi there depends on more factors.

You are planning track days, what brake calipers you are running(Brembo or OE 4pots) etc.,what discs you have right now.

If you are not planning the track days,i would suggest Kevlar Disc and pads combo like from Ian@Godspeed brakes or Bob@Aztec Performancei,if you are looking for best i would suggest Performance Friction from Alyn@AS performance

I'm running the Ferodo DS2500 and they're OK for me,but when i will be replacing pads,i would go with PF pads,i've tried EBC pads, but i wasn't too impressed with them

Well it's for the rear, just for occasional fast road use. I have grooved discs at the rear with only single pot calipers.

It does depend on your intended application, I used to run Carbotech Panther XP8 pads on my Type R Impreza and they were something else, Performance Friction are a very good fast road pad, we go through quite a few of these, the price is reasonable too.

EBC pads, personally I've yet to be won over by them.
