Default wheel size.....

Just wondering what size wheels ppl are running on, im using 18 inch redlines, was considering going to a set of 19s but if hird that an awful ride, if anyone can comment on this it would be helpful

18 inch pf7s , i would think its the tyre side wall width that effects the ride more than anything else.

Ive got some 19' Oz superleggera alloys that originally came off a bugeye impreza if your interested. My plan was to fit them to my classic but change of plans now.

I know a couple members on this forum have 19 Oz superleggera fitted to there newage Impreza's.

P.S. Yes they are a wee bit more harsh than balloon tyres, but the grip is in a different county...

Looks good what suspension you got on there and is it a harsh ride?

Tein Superstreets, very harsh on their own, but I'm not worried about comfort, just want grip...

There coilovers ain't they? Im just running standard sti shocks with tein lowering springs

I had 19's on my 03 sti with coilovers. The ride was awful. I mean it is harsh now I'm on 18's but look at the size of tyre sidewall. 35 on 18 is still quite crashy but a good compromise between grip and comfort imo.

19's did look pretty damn good. Without coilovers you might not find them too harsh depending on the rubber.
