Hi all ,
Chris here from Cdf
Thought I would pop on here and answer some questions as someone has pointed out we are not replying to mails and calls .
We are not currently advertizing on scoobynet. As we have dealers doing this for us
I am unable to check any pm's or even get onto scoobynet as my my old trade account has blocked all my pc and laptops . I am current using someone elses Computer to allow me to come on here using this name.
We are still going and very busy ,. We maybe expanding again soon and buying more machinery so all is good!
In regards to replying to emails . I reply to every email I get . If I haven't replied to you, all I can think off is I haven't received it so please try cdfracing@gmail.com
In regards to not answering the phone .... Someone will always answer the phone between 9 till normally at least 7 at night . Please check the phone number .
In regards to bad Customer service , I have only every had 2 or 3 unhappy customers in my time trading but you can't please everyone . But I do try

I know the oil caps proved to be a bit of a nightmare for you, but in my dealings with you over the last 5-6 years all I can say is your attitude and service has been faultless - always willing to help and more than happy to hold your hands up if something goes wrong.
In my opinion you are one of the most honest traders on this site.

Yes the whole thing with the oil cap was my fault.
I shouldn't have got upset because my partner bought it in November for my xmas present and yes I had a paddy because I'd had no update and still no cap in March this year.
Actually change that to nearly all my fault as it I can't be held responsible for Royal Mail losing it in the post which is just sods law!
Must stop being human.
