Default Newage downpipe replacement

I've picked up a decent 2.5'' cat back scorpion exhaust system for my 2004 newage wrx wagon. I want to get a new down pipe to fit at the same time. I have been looking at these....

Anyone know if they are any good? I want one with a cat in as this is my daily, i can't be forked with changing it over every MOT time.
Any thoughts?
