Default backfireing and rough idle

since having my inlet manifold off the car is backfiring and rouning rough also the idle is up/down....

im thinking it maybe taking in air after the maf,,, would this be correct?
i noticed its abit ****ty where the intake pipe goes over the turbo..

it must be something to do with what ive done, i dont belive in coinsidence
is there anything els it could be?

the car was running fine before hand so i dont belive it could be the coils or plugs..

any other ideas??

thanx......

ive sorted it, due to me reversing the inlet manifold, the throttle cable was a tiny bit too tight so was holding the butterfly in the throttle body open by just 1mm.
