Default Soft break peddle?

Ive just changed my calipers to 4 pots from standard new discs,pads and break hoses ive bled both sideds meny times now am sure theres no air in there its fireing out clean stream of fuild peddle just is not getting harder any one had this problem or have any ideas?

Are the bleed nipples at the top if not you have them fitted wrong way round if so give the callipers a little tap with a mallet to knock any air bubbles out to the top. Hope this helps.

Lol if so ive got them rong way round nipples are at the bottom!

That's your problem then nipples need to be at top so all the air can rise to the top and escape.

Ok cheers so do i need to swap them over or tap with mallet? Cheers

Definitely swap them over first bleed nipple needs to be at top look on any car it's always at the top common mistake to make though don't worry about it swap em over give it another bleed I always tap with mallet aswell just to free any trapped air bubbles left in the calliper.
