Does £210 sound justified for this service ??

I asked the dealer what the differences were between this and the 7.5K and all they could come up with was that it takes an hour longer, but I'd need to check my invoices for both to find out for sure.

They didn't even wash the car can you believe!

It's about right. I have a feeling they sting you an hours labour fopr the bodywork inspection as part of the cost.

Took mine in to Cheam Motors this morning for the 15,000 mile service and I was quoted £162.40 inc VAT. Don't forget you should have the Body Service done at the same time which costs an additional £130.

Golly Gosh don't bleeding wash!! the high pressure washers with soap takes all the polish off anyway its all streaks
NO SHAMIE LEATHER and let's face it's not everyone that want's there car washed for them

I asked them NOT to wash my car this time as I am a fussy git!

Just got mine back from the dealer and the 15K service and body service cost a total of £305 (With synthetic oil and a few other little bits).

Mine goes in tomorrow am for its 1year/15,000 miler - if they present me with a bill of £210 I know what they will be using for loo paper over the next week!!

Mill Lane have said it should be £160 - would I like the body check at an extra £100'ish?? what and put another splat of cr4p underseal on?? no thanks

A relative question here:-

Does everyone take the charge of screen wash on the nose??? I KNOW it is only £1:45 but why should you pay for that if you put the car in with a FULL washer bottle????

I have checked and it goes IN with a nice blue colour and comes OUT clear!!!! so they DO actually put it in - but they MUST empty the other perfectly good stuff??!!!! amazing
