STi stencil for replica mesh covers

Seriously considering mesh covers for my DBM WRX - STi only do WRB or Black. Can get these repainted for extra £30 or stencil them myself saving about £60 over the originals. I think Trouser @ TSL said approx. £65 for the painted pair?
1. Where can I get a stencil?
2. What should I paint the stencil with?
Any suggestions greatfully received.
