The Sicilian Time Attack championship at Racalmuto
Back from a great weekend in Sicily. The Maltese contingent participated with 4 Newage Subaru Imprezas.
Saturday's practice runs were awesome with the weather holding up and 2 of the Blobeyes clocking a 1:12 time each. The track time attack record is 1:11 a Maltese Racing Subaru Impreza as well. Considering these two cars are modified but road going versions this was impressive to say the least.
Sunday was a different story as we saw rain from the start. Late morning the rain gave us a break and I went out and clocked 1:14 on a damp track. Needless to say it was very challenging on slicks but hey no harm in trying
No one managed to come close to that and the second time of the day was a 1:19 by a modified Audit TT which was out at the same time.

Back from another fantastic weekend in Sicily. Lowered my personal best time from 1:12.7 to 1:12.2. The JDM 6 speed trasnfromed the car. No onbarod this time was too busy setting the car up.
