increased performance
in this cold weather, anybody else? ive knocked half a sec on one of my "in gear" times, which wernt too bad before the freeze

I went out for a run earlier and (it's probably in my head) the car did feel quicker.

not sure its in your head mate, but my car is definately quicker, the performance box says so

Also fitted a better cold air feed and a pair of bonnet raisers which all helps.
Gotta keep those temps down...
Got one of these on route to me as we speak too...

cold air = dense air= more oxygen= more power
Damp wet air will have the opposite effect though.

Ran one on the dyno a few weeks back that picked up 15bhp from a Nitrous filled Cryo spray bar

i have seen these make good power gains on the dyno mate quite suprising....... "fmic" bugger did i say tht out loud

Dont know if anybody watches Top Gear usa.
But they tested a 911 the other day and in the desert heat it was lacking in power.
later at night around midnight the car gained about an extra 80 bhp. pure;y down to air temp. the temp during the day was over 100 and it dropped to 60 at night.
dont think the power gains would be as much here but you can how much difference it makes.
