Big fud it not just you. When I came to renewl time in dec I tried my hardest to get a quote from Gary as hes ment to be spot on so iv herd but got nowhare :-( . Ended up just going through A plan (previous insurer) as got stuck for time before policy ended. Will try gary again next oct/nov oviously hes a busy bloke :-) so I will try to sort things out a month or two before policy ends rather than two weeks.

 

all depends what time of day you ring too.

I rang him just after 5pm.. got straight though. Previously left answer phone messages and he'd tried ringimg me back.. then I was out
