Default Water in the boot of my Bug ??

Please can anyone help ?
I've had my bug for over a year and always had a bit of condensation on my windows on a sunny day but never really give it a thought until a few weeks ago when I had my wheels refurbed and had to use my spare for the first time. To my surprise the whole of the spare wheel holding section was full of water, I drained it and gave it a good airing and put it down to loose rear lights letting in water from around the boot drain away. I tightened the lights and have sealed all around but to my horror I've just checked again and water is still getting in ??
Has anyone else heard or have come across this problem before and if so what's the fix ?
As ever any help will be greatly appreciated , 😉

Lock someone in the boot with a torch and turn on a hose.......that's how TSL found the water was coming from a replaced spoiler LOL

1. Spoiler holes.
2. Rear lights seal.
3. Bootlid seal.
4. Rear screen seal.
4. Air intake/exit low down in wings, they stick open
