First let me apologise for lack of scooby-modding knowledge!!!

I've been checking out various websites and companies for styling modifications for my MY02 WRX. I'm interested in Morettes and in side-sills, spoilers etc..

Most of the web sites offer decent prices for delivery to house. Spoilers etc claim they fit in the original mounting holes, which sounds simple.

BUT most of these products seem to be provided in bare metal/plastic/whatever, and require painting and 'colour coding' myself. Where is the best place to get this sort of thing done (I have a WRBlue Mica)?? Do you guys do it yourselves or pitch up at a dealer with all the bits??? Can you mix paint at home????!!!!?

At the end of the day am I simply best off just going to Scoobysport and getting them to supply, paint and fit all the stuff? (And is this more expensive?)

Any comments from modification gurus appreciated

Cool

We had our Morettes, spoiler and other bits and bobs supplied, painted and fitted by Cheam Motors, the dealers we got our MY01 from. Other mods including the exhaust were supplied and fitted by Scoobysport except the HID's which were supplied by Scoobysport and fitted by Cheam

I believe most stuff comes unpainted

Sal.

Thumbs up

As Sal says, most stuff is unpainted.

Your best bet is to ask a local bodyshop to spary it all for you. If you are anywhere near Dorset I know of an extremely good one
