Cumbrian scoobs and the LADs are very active Subaru clubs both have
Been running for over ten years
Regular meets and of course the lakes run in 5 weeks and NBO 10 in 5 months

Get onto the websites and join in the fun

NBO will go live as tradion at the end of march so we have at least 100 members in Cumbria and Lancashire in the scooby scene and lots that exist that are not in our clubs

Hi mate. I'm from Barrow, the A590 is a great road in, the coast road is pretty good too. They must be paying good money for you to come here !! Ha ha.

I'm from Barrow, almost choked on my drink when I saw this thread.
I agree the coast road is a great drive, it's the stable food for my scoob.

Why you coming to Barrow Wiggy? Work? We have quite a few people moving here from away to work at BAE.

The subs are next mate so 10 years plus. I'm taking a year out to enjoy life then might be back in there too.

Just spent a year up in barrow, surrounding area from ulverston to the lakes is a cracking area, really good roads to drive, great bike rides around grizedale, wasn't to keen on barrow though. My car came from a Cumbrian scoobs member, was signed up to the site

Well i move to barrow in the morning, scooby not coming down till the end of next weekend though need to drive my eco car down with all my gear in it! Looking forward to getting down though.

It's not bad seems a nice enough place and the house I've got is amazing! You can't miss my scooby it's covered in dents, and you'll probs her it before you see it need quitening down a wee bit lol.
