Heads don't take, they give, in terms of flow.
A cylinder head is there to perform a function and isn't subject to stress failure as such, apart from over revving the valve train.
Version 5/6 heads such as the P1 will support anything up to around 550 bhp plus before any kind of work on them becomes really useful.

so would i be safe with 450bhp with completly stanered top end? or do i need to think bnout valves
