STi

Seems to be the same thing on ebay etc.
Get rid of the crappy WRX ironing board and I like them.

Spec D is not an import
Appeals to a niche market (like me ) who like an STi's power and handling and brakes, but don't want (or are not allowed to have) the gold wheels, big spoiler and pink bits.
Less market = lower price.

My Spec D is sorted for wings, thank you. It's just an STi with leather trim and front fog lights which are covered up most of the year now.
I kind of like the Crystal Grey colour. It was the first decent STi I could find after Mr Blobby died so I went for it. The so-called upgraded stereo is pants and the Sat Nav is a waste of time so that went first of all.
There were only 300 of them and other than the black carpet and leather trim, it's only a shiny sticker in the drivers door shut that lets you know.

I personally think this is a cracking buy, low miles, mint condition, low owners, nice sensible mods

Try this one.

Didn't get 1 bid.
If I could get a quick sale for mine I would be genuinely interested, especially with the extended warranty.

Fair comment, the ad's pretty crap and the photos are not too great or recent (is that 24 the temperature?) either. It does look like it's from a good home looking at the size of the garage and maybe has been used as a weekend toy.
The thing that would make it worth a look is the fact it has a manufacturers warranty (Subaru Approved?) until May. If it was a straight car and you could pick it up for £8.5k or less, even allowing for the fact the big service is due, could still be a bargain for someone.

Agree with the above - appeals to the more discerning Subaru adoring gentleman (e.g. old bloke like me)
