Default Please help with tyre size

Hi all,

Im trying to help my brother out. He has a Astra GSI with 18"x8.5 Dotz Hanzo alloys fitted. The tyres the alloys came with were stretched so the alloy was sticking out further than the tyre its self. He is trying to find out what the best size tyre is to fit these alloys. Any help would be much appreciated
Thanx in advance

Chappy

The tyres on it at the moment are 215/35/18, he doesent know the standard size as the car was bought with aftermarket alloys on.

Depending on whether he could get them 235/30/18"s are pretty close to the same rolling radius as the standard tyres and they will fit on those rims better. That size might not be cheap though because it's not a common size I wouldn't have thought.
