All their cars are f***ed, they just make money on cars that they do not even check! They haven't got a garage, there's no mechanics there, no one who knows how to check the stuff.....and if you go back with a problem, they will shout at you. DO NOT BUY FROM THERE

Have you done anything to the car?
If practical MoT it ASAP.
It is illegal to sell a car that isn't roadworthy without telling the seller that.
If you could wind back the clock you could have MoT's it straight from the sales and a failure would have persuaded them to do something about it before Trading Standards nicked them.
If you haven't done much mileage and haven't had major work done, bits replaced etc. MoT it ASAP.

Tomorrow I having it checked, and on Saturday-sunday I will try to get them to swap it with a better car. If they refuse I will get the solicitor, the Watch Dog, The local press.....all my energies to make them do the right thing.

I would say that if only 5% of what I've read is only half truem (and I mean that quite literally), there's a case for Trading Standards to investigate, perhaps even with a test purchase (though probably too costly unless they suspected mass ringing).
Selling non-roadworthy cars is looked upon as very serious, due of course to the likely consequences and the possibility of worse ones.
I would say that there's enough online and if you accessed them like I have and paste the links into a Word document and emailed it to TS so they could quite easily see the issues that are consistent, spread over many marques.
Since most of the work would be done for them I hope you'd have a better chance of action from them.

I can only go off what I have heard about these people as I have not even been near their premises let alone visited them.
I was thinking of an S204 that they had in about... must have been about four or five years ago now. I would have had to have stretched to afford it at the time but a quick Google search on them made me consider other options.
I did however end up getting a Spec D that blew no 2 and 4 pistons about 12,000 miles later but it wasn't as much of a known problem at the time!
As a matter of course I think it is always a good idea to do a Google search or whatever of who you intend to buy from and use that to help you make a good decision about a car (and as I have learned, about the car itself too).
Some people will have had unfortunate bad experiences or may have moaned unfairly about a business - that might make one cautious but when it is several different stories then really it paints a picture.
I hope you get it sorted Alan.

A "newbie" VS the bare knuckle pro's sounds like a mauling about to happen....
I saw a Hawkeye there when they were new, and it had the most ridiculous panel gaps I've ever seen !
Best of luck, no one has done them any harm so far.
