Default MAP Sensor position and Fitting ? and type ?

Getting the little bits together to get rid of the MAF, on my 93 WRX, I will need to replace the MAP sensor and I was thinking to move its position. I recon its better to have a short run to the sensor to get the best reading?

Also what sensor ? 3 Bar or something smaller. Planned boost will not be 2Bar, so I was thinking 2 Bar as it will give better resolution to the readings or dose it not matter ?

If I run an ESL , then the MAF connection can be used as intake temp I think, just woundering whats the best set up ?

Delco 3 bar sensor is the most popular solution and it's fairly easy to fit.
