Silver (WRX?) For sale - Does anyone know this car?

The manifold on the WRX is silver, only the STI has the red.
My STI3 has this spoiler but not sure whether the WRX & UK are the same.
Gold Wheels - lovely again all models or could have been changed anyway.
Rear wash wipe - WRX & STI
Dark Windows - WRX & STI
Green badge - haven't seen one of these, could be faded black?
STI Decals - well it could be but that wouldnt follow with the manifold.
Check the SIDC FAQ and check the engine and VIN nimbers to find the true identity.
Odometer reading - when the cars come in they are in KM, you then can change the speedo face and put a small gearbox in the speedo, from this point your odometer will be in miles, but you need to take into accountthe kilometers from the early part of the cars life. The dealer should have a record of the number of km's when it was changed.
My rule of thumb is "if in doubt - chuck it out" there are loads for sale at the moment so look around till you feel confident, then get it checked out by someone independant like AA RAC Scoobysport etc.

I have spotted, for sale in my town, a silver 4dr scooby (P*** POW) with WRX decal on the boot.
The salesman guy says it's a Jap import, but under the bonnet, the engine has a silver (as uk) inlet manifold??? Are'nt these supposed to be red on an import?
Other characteristics are:
.High Level boot spoiler (Brake light at the bottom)
.17" StilAuto Alloys in GOLD! HOORAY FOR GOLD WHEELS!!!(might be 16" though?)
.Rear screen wiper (Thought these were an STi item?)
.Dark tinted rear windows.
.The badge in the grille has an 'i' on it, with a dark green background? Never seen that before?
.STi decals on the front wings.
Also the odometer reading, the salesman claims is in KM's, but the speedo face is in MPH?
Should i buy it?????
