hi im looking for a back box. currently have standard sti bb, with a 2nd decat and mid box replacement.

is the afterburner louder than the nurspec blitz?

i have seen miltek bb's for £200 but not sure if this will be a bit quiet, but the blitz s seems to be like £350.

im looking to put a downpipe on it eventually which will obvously make it louder.

any advice would be great as ive youtubed vids but still unsure.

I looked at all of them over the last month trying to decide which to go for.
I didn't want it mega loud but didn't want it quiet either.I went for an afterburner straight through centre with the ninja 2 back box.
I have to say I love the sound.Its just a very deep burble.
I think the afterburner back box is a little louder than the ninja 2.

The afterburner is not louder than the blitz but it's not far off.

I had an afterburner back box and center which was a 2.5 system and it was great, at the time i thought it was quite loud. But when i changed to a 3" Blitz nur spec R with a RCM decat down pipe it blew my head off. Its over the top loud! when i drive past police a try to coast past because i think they will turn round and pull me due to how loud it is.

There was a poll on here regarding the Blitz Nur spec R. Quite funny reading peoples opinions
