classic, newage?
I'll give you an idea. My 300bhp classic ran a similar time on the Nurburgring to my old 200 bhp V6 Mazda. It also ran a similar time to my mates 170bhp fully stripped/prepped 205 Gti.
It all depends on what youre used to. In a standard 280bhp sti you'll have a lot of fun, but may find that you need to be ringing its neck a bit to get the best out of it.

it is all about the driver and driveability of the car.
you have to trust the car and know what happens before it happens.
this will make you fast! especially on a track like nurburgring. horsepower is not so important there. experience is everything!
