spoiler advice
on the v5/6 spoilers, on the underside it says made in japan ABS, is it only genuine ones which have this or do aftermarket ones also have it?
any one have examples to show, cheers

My aftermarket COPY of a Version 6 spoiler had it, but it was fibreglass.
NO genuine spoilers were made of fibreglass. ALL were ABS.
Since a lot of copies were made by taking a mould off a genuine one, then filling the mould with fibreglass, those made that way will have every mark, INCLUDING "ABS" showing, but are still copies.
The high "hoop" spoilers were only fitted to STi version 5 and 6, andf those were imports, no STi's were brought in officially.
All imports should have the GENUINE ABS spoiler, white/clear brake light
Basically, if it's fibreglass, it's a copy
