Ive got a boost gauge in a 2 pod pillar mount in the bug. What other gauge would you guys suggest as the nest most beneficial for me to install and why?
Your car will already have a water temp gauge on the dash.
Oil temp is a good indicator for when you can boot it but common sense is also.
Oil pressure is good to have as if you loose pressure yo loose your engine.
A/F gauge saved my engine. I was not aware that my maf was failing and the resulting lean running that came with it.

I've voted oil PRESSURE as the stock o/p switch is useless: by the time it lights up your engine has had it
But oil TEMPERATURE is nearly as useful.
MY engine was saved this summer by the boost and fuel pressure gauges working together, as they can on Defis, to show DIFFERENTIAL fuel pressure.

Cheers all, think just to fill a hole on my a pillar im going to go with the oil pressure. But for some reason i cannot find one that is in PSI. all the prosport ones are in Bar.
As my boos gauge is in PSI i want to keep them common to each other with regards to UOM.

Voltmeter is a cheapy waste of time, ditch it for fuel pressure

It's what saved mine this summer
As said above ditch the volts they can be useful for picking up charging or electrical issues but modern cars systems are pretty good these days so generaly a volt gauge is considered a waste of space, much better using the redundant hole for a oil pressure which will give you some warning all is not well with the motor, this should be followed by oil temp then air fuel ratio ( please note with the AFR gauge make sure you get a wide band one as the narrow ones are near useless) after that you could go for a water temp if you have the room but as you already have one as OE I wouldn't bother.
On a car with my performance level, running a walbro pump and standard injectors and FPR whats the point? If I had an AFPR then fair enough, but i'd prefer to know my alternator is working during the winter and can fit a fuel pressure gauge later in triple dash pod.

get the stepper series with peak light. In my opinion oil pressure and temp is most important

I have seen them but shipping out of Hong Kong, the only other thing is to get a stepper boost gauge in Bar.....
Im only being fussy as i want all of the measurement types to be the same.
