Guys
I have an 03 Sti and its ready for a cambelt change. Does anyone know of a good place to have it done in the Pontefract area ? Also what price would i be looking at for this doing?
When i had the classic i used a place called Precious Metal in Knottingley but i cant find any info on them, maybe closed down?
Sorry if i have posted it in the wrong place but i have scoured the forums and cant find any recent info on the cam belt.

They were just for the elts and oil change with filter...

Motorsport place that is affiliated with my local Scooby Club sorted tensioners,belt etc for £250 fitted...!!!

No where neare you I don't think....they are near Manchester....

...just wanted to tell you that you will do well to shop around...

Original cam belt £65 and the pullies/tentioners are about £40 to £55 a piece.

 

If you find somewhere decent can you let me know? Im from same area and am struggling to find somewhere

shame you wernt local, I fit genuine belts £160 all inc. idlers or tensioner ontop if needed

 

i need to saw my hawkeye cambelt out end of this year :/
any prices for hawkeye stis'?

im sure it should have been done last year, but me and shiney new cars i always miss stuff heh
