A bit of fun directed at 'Scoobynet' (Subaru owners forum) picking on some members in no particular order.......and will make very little sense to anyone else ...! The term 'Scooby in a Lake' comes from a phrase used when someone posts a thread or picture of something that's already been posted. Someone posted a picture of a Subaru crashed in some loch somewhere, the same pic then reappeared in new threads 'forever' and hence the term.

why go to all that trouble when a bmw shell is a much nicer place to be.

I could understand if someone put a scoob engine and transmission in an old 3 series, but this is just an expensive waste of time and money imo
