Lost keys and alarm fob. How to start?
Going to view an MY99 uk turbo again tomorrow with a view to breaking it. The owner claims to have lost the keys but how he got it into his runway, up a hill and round a corner head first, he couldnt answer
Told me it had 100k on it (couldnt turn ignintion on) yet I found a timing belt sticker under bonnet saying last changed 134k.
Im thinking bottom ends gone but how do I get it running without ripping the dash to bits?
I have a few 99 ignitions with keys so Im taking one with me but he says it has a Clifford alarm too.
Are there any quick fixes just to get it running for a few seconds?
Answers by PM for obvious reasons please

99 uk will have a transponder, so without a subaru obd tool or equiv, no you cant. Easiest way is to try and turn it over by hand with the plugs out and feel for play and listen for knocks with a screwdriver to you ear, unless you can bypass the immob and have a spare key and ecu from a 99/00 uk car
