You can get anti lag on a turbo charged car. What this does is modify the ignition timing so that when the driver goes from full throttle to off throtle such as when changing gear or braking the air/fuel mix is ignited when the exhaust valve is open to provide a flow of exhaust gass to keep the turbo spinning so when the throttle is opened boost pressure is still avaliable. The same sound can be done without anti-lag by adjusting the ECU accordingly.

Thanks for the info Ste.

I had a look at Anti Lag Systems on wiki and its quite interesting, i dont think id like it on my car however, i get a funny feeling this could blow the baffles out of my exhaust or cause back pressure on my turbo.

But it sounds funky lol
