Get yours rebuilt by someone who knows what they're doing.
Buying another engine is going to end in tears when it fails on you.
There are countless threads on here by peeps who have bought another engine only for it to fail in a very short time.
Beware certain companies who supply reconned engines.

I took mine to Scooby Projects in Leadbury. The owner Keith has been so helpful with explaining things out to my old man and me , he can offer you several different options and they have a nice bounty of spares there including engines. Off the top of my head it's about £1250 for a standard engine and about £90 to deliver it on a palett to Oxford. ( That was for a P1 V5/6 engine ).
With Scooby prices so low you could get a replacement car or an engine from a breaker for next to nothing now. All depends on how much you rate the shell and other parts on your 94 Import.
