Off the top of my head its 1000kg on a braked trailer. You need to take the gross weight from the train weight( or the other way round can't remember off the top of my head lol) to find out. If it's un breaked it'd usually about 700kg..... I think

Does the model report include towing?

Alot of cars aren't certified to ever tow anything regardless of weather they'd be capable or not. So your insurance would be invalid if anything was to go awry.

One example is the Mondeo ST220, would be an ideal tow car with a 3.0 V6 but your not allowed to tow anything atall!

The book will list the towing figures, my MY00 did (and that was in dutch ) so they are in there though not as much as you would have thought...

Is that for all Mondeo's or just the ST220 ?

The reason is my mother has just bought a bloody caravan and I bought her a Mondeo estate about a year ago and that's what she plans to use to tow the thing.

My 98 manual lists towing figures, it has towed our caravan all over France and down England to Dover three or four times. It also used to do it with four MTBs on the roof of the car.

Just the ST model, the regular Mondeo has quite a large towing capacity.

My info is from my towsafe program at work. As said above some vehicles cannot tow anything. New shape civic type r is another that can't.
Some mondeos can tow unto 1900kg where some can only tow 1350kg, it's all down to the spec of the car
