yes you can re-flock anything !
origional flock fibres are burnt back, thinner coat of resin applied once dry you flock as normal.
you have to be able to re-flock because sometimes you knock a wet item which makes it scrap so you need to start again.
DO NOT try to strip the flock off, it makes a real mess and is not easy to get it all off, you will then end up with an uneaven finished piece.
