Default advice needed on baby/childs car seat!!

any 1 know a car seat that fits 2001 bugeye except maxi cozi tobi? with them having the material on the fastner. thanks

Pop to your local Halfords mate, if you ask a member of staff they'll try different seats in your car for you so you can see the best fit

ditto for mothercare, they do the same. Most of them have a separate parking bay near the door especially for seat testing.

Halfrauds refused to sell me any stage 2 seat for my classic as the buckle touched the seat slightly. Went to mothercare for the same seat (recaro young sport) and they said it was fine. So id go mothercare

yea i tried halfords and mothercare they refused us because of something called buckle crunch were the buckle sits on the plastic base so wil fail in a accident its the material on the buckle insted of a isofix metal/plastic coated holder that the prob!! just wonderd if any1 has had same prob and wot the solution was thanks.

Britax Duo Plus Isofix is what we use in the bug...

Buckle crunch is a real hazard, I'm actually a ROSPA accredited child seat fitter, go figure, the only solution is a seat with a different design that has clearance between the buckle and the seat

I am looking at getting a britax first class plus. Just waiting for one to come into stock for a trial fit. I have been told by mothercare that this is one of only two britax seats that fit a newage. Mine is a bugeye btw.

we also tried that britax first class plus and that didnt fit!!! havin a nitemare tryin to get 1!! maybe the recaro the way forward
