Right fellas,
Ive had this rather annoying knocking sound coming from the rear when driving on uneven roads or over bumps for abit. Now to me (and i am no expert by any means) i could kinda describe the sound as like the coilover isnt fixed properly and is rattling around??

Anyway upon investigating i find that indeed 1 coilover had somehow worked itself loose and was only 14cm (between collars) rather than the fixed 17cm on the other side!! so fixed this - but still the noise??
So today i have removed the ARB and droplinks to change the bushes and found that not only has 1 bush worn away and is loose (see pic) it is also slightly bent! Could this be the cause of this noise maybe????.....





Oh and just to top it off - the superpro bushes i bought for the droplinks dont fit either!!LoL

any help would be greatly appreciated!

ive put an arrow to where im thinking. but im hoping this will help both of us as since recently changing to coilovers ive got a strange noise coming from the n/s/r but it doesnt sound like the coilover as when i was fitting it i could hear a noise from either the trial arm or the lateral link.

ive just checked that for me, and doesnt feel like its that no???

anyone have any opinion on the whole bent droplink/ worn bush scenario please????

can anyone shed any light on why my droplink would be bent in this way???
