Yep there lots of folk from abroad buying these cars at the moment but that one sounds like a scam! Nobody would buy a car without seeing it and there is no reason they cant pay cash when they come to collect the car!

Ask him for a picture of his boat lol

the second one is a good un . they stitch you up by getting the car off you and surprise surprise the paypal payment is reversed so now you have no car and no money and now they have also got you to pay the courier to take it away (who will also probably be one of their crew).

so in short they steal your car and also manage to get you to pay them for taking it away !!!

I would look upon it as a huge SCAM

I would also try and play these sort of people at their own game. Ask for money up front etc and if they don't come clean and collect the car etc they lose their deposit

Second one defo a scam.

First one could be anything as it makes zero sense. I'd just reply saying sorry but cannot understand. And report the second one to whoever runs the email domain.

It ok, but your ad in the sales section should contain the whole advert and price, not just a a link to pistonheads.

The second one definately a scam...

the first one, could be a potential buyer, he doesnt ask for money and even asks if you are close to London (possibly to get the Eurotunel to pick the car up....)

From what I can figure out..

1) good morning, sorry for my bad english,i am french... I wanted to know if the strap of distribution has changed étée? - Cambelt done?
l 'embrayage? Clutch done?
expenses has prevoir? I think hes asking about outstanding finance
and if etes you far from London?
and egalement if it there 'a attachments over?y 'a t 'il of the rust?
the carosserie is it good? is the shell/chassi good
are tyres good? and have you the card d 'immatriculation v5? Do you have the V5
price is it has debattre? Is price negotiable

sort of questions a potential buyer would be asking
