Theres usually a button for it mate. Or I believe it can be done with the accelerator? (That maybe just launch control)

If on a switch then when switch is grounded map 2 is enabled.
If no switch is fitted then throttle pedal activates as follows:
1.With Ign OFF fully depress throttle pedal.
2.Turn In ON keeping pedal depressed but don't crank engine.
3.Wait for 5 secs and Tacho will go to 1(000) or 2(000) indicating which map is active.
4.If active map is required map then release pedal and start engine.
5.If map is to be changed then release pedal, then fully depress again.Wait until Tacho goes to required map then release pedal and start engine.

Cost of switch and 10 seconds to change in software to tell it to use switch not throttle...

Should be free to change to switch if you return to original mapper
