Hi all new to this site, ive recently purchased a uk subaru impreza wagon turbo 98 R reg, the problem i have is nearly all the time its difficult to start, it will crank about 8-10 times before starting, ive recently had oil, oil filter and plugs changed, which has not made much difference, it will usually start up straight after you have just turned it off, but sometimes is still a bit hard to start, but does always start, fuel pump is working and i haven't got a clue, please help, thanks.

could be crank shaft censor situated at the front of the engine as you look in
