Default Up pipe studs seized and corroded..Help!

Hi, I've got a MY95 V2 STI, need to change my up pipe and gaskets due to a leak. All the studs onto the turbo housing and brackets are just rusty blobs. I've tried a stud remover, but they're too corroded

Whats the best way to get these off, or can you remove the up pipe with the turbo still attatched??, or can you just heat them up and burn them off??

Any help would be appreciated!!

mine were like this as well , I used a small air die grinder to grind the nuts of the 2 brackets, then removed turbo with up pipe still attached , so you can get to up pipe nuts/studs easier,

hope this helps

I decided to take this approach, but the bracket nearest the engine is stopping me from getting the turbo and up pipe out, the turbo flange is under the bracket.

How did you get yours out?, mine seems locked in place by this bracket, even though the bolts are out of both brackets

I've got the two bolts out that hold the turbo in place on the brackets, how do you get the turbo and up pipe out from here, the inner bracket seems to be stopping the turbo from coming out?

Help please, as my dad is starting to hate my Scooby blocking up his ramp!!! lol

what i did was used angle grinder for the two top bolts then cut the uppipe off with the angle grinder so then you can get to the other 3 nuts all did was cut the nut as close to the thread as i dare with a hacksaw and tapped them off with a chisel
