The most annoying thing, the car beeps in reverse. Anyone know how i remove this?
My supra had this and was easy to remove so hoping it the same on this.

parking sensors? mine has these but i dont think they were ever genuine fit parts.
mine has 4 sensors in the bumper and the control box is in the drivers side rear quarter panel behind the carpet trim.
then the beeper is under the parcel shelf.
the easiest way to disable would be turn on the igntion fully but dont start the engine.
put car in reverse and open the boot find the beeper, trace back to the control unit and unplug the beeper.

No it`s not reversing sensors, same type of beep though. My JDM does it also, like the car is warning you you have just put the car in reverse. Never really looked at stoping it though.

Is not as loud as the uk seatbelt warning buzzer but as above you soon get used to it I even find I listen for it to make sure I am in reverse now so would probably miss it if not there, I also reverse off my drive every morning, the warning for leaving the key in is more annoying but that doesn't bother me anymore

LOL.....
Wish I had this on my UK Bugeye on Saturday when I was manouevering on the driveway with a Pug 206 behind me....I thought I had her in reverse, I am looking out the mirror and then....BAM!!!!...had it in 1st and hit my own fookin house!!!!
What a plonka!
Luckily....just a couple of minature scratches
If I had the bleeping...I would have know not to let off the brake...LOL!

My '05 STi has a reverse parking sensor which was fitted by the previous owner. Drove me nuts when I first had the car as the beeper was stupidly loud. Moved the beeper to behind the rear seats (its fixed to the bulkhead behind the rear suspension now) and having it behind the rear seats has reduced the volume a fair bit.
It can still be annoying at times, but its been useful on many occasions!

I'm sure my V3 has something like this as now and then I hear a beep. Not all the time though, it's as if there's a connection loose so it doesn't work all the time.
I thought I was going nuts!!!

There is a black box under the dash, well under the dash, above all the fuse boxes on the drivers side. Take a look at the link above and pull it out, once opened it has a pizo tweeter, either screwdriver the insides, pull it off or cover it with tape. I chose the latter.
