Anyone know anything about this car?

Seen this on pistonheads the past few weeks and the price keeps dropping, just wondering if anyone knows anything about it?

I'm guessing it might be on a V car hence why it hasn't sold?

No it`s not on V car just checked the history.

The advert is a killer for starters...

'it's got a dump valve and big exhaust'. Lol.

Also, why the **** is there a picture of a page 3 model in the advert. What a prat.
