After diagnosing a broken spring in the BOV I started the mission to track a replacement one down, the local Forge agent gave me the number and a name to speak to at Forge, spoke to a feller called Alex, explained problem and a replacement part was dispatched which arrived the next day, even though I was clutching my debit card, no payment required.
Absolutely spot on for service

They were good to me too, and sent free replacement springs. Just a pity the DV didnt last very long before I had problems, but cant fault their service.

I agree, I bought a DV secondhand for my Leon Cupra. It had too strong a spring, so I rang for advice. They did just as above, sent me the right spring and a servicing kit absolutely gratis. Great customer service.
