Fuchs Titan Pro S 10W-50, as advised by Opie for my particular car's/mods' needs.
Millers CFS 10W-50 equally good.

Every 3000 miles for me & I've just started using the new Mobil one 10w60 fully synthetic longlife motorsport formula. noticed a drop in engine oil running temps and a slight increase in oil pressure and seems to run very smooth on the stuff.

used to be fully synthetic valvoline 10w 40.
have nwo been advised to go to 5w 40 for better protection from start up, but retaining protection when hot.

Couldn't this poll be interpreted as "who not to buy a scooby from?"
