Default Timing Cover Oil Seals

my cars is in bits this weekend due to a timing belt change and to see if we can find an annoying oil leak. (proving to be a nightmare)

Does anybody know where I can get the two seals for the timing case cover before we put it all back together again.

I think that the part numbers are as follows:

Upper front cover seal @ 1358AA050

Lower front cover seal @ 1394AA011

Also, what antifreeze do you boys use ? Mine seems to be bright illuminous green at present.

Thanks for your help in advance
