Ok, I have been doing some research for a good few months on which exhaust to go with. I think I am going to go with a Blitz Nur Spec R after hearing it at Japfest.

I was going to budget for a remap because of going for a 3inch system, however the Blitz tapers down to 2.5inch at the downpipe. What my question is, is would I need a remap at this point or would that only need doing if I fitted a custom 3 inch downpipe?

What would be the difference in sound from the blitz if its going from a standard 2.5inch downpipe compared to a full 3inch downpipe? I know its a loud exahust but my main reason for buying one is the bottom end. I want it to bring out the rumble.

you will bring out the rumble with a nur spec believe me. as you said, the nurspec tapers to 2.5" so you wont need a 3"dp

Any pics? Whats the condition? Why you getting rid? Is the centre section Blitz aswell?

The nur-spec is mint as is the downpipe....not sure what make the centre section is. The reason for sale is it wont make the db's for track........This is the only pic of the nurspec until i remove the system tomorrow....I have one guy interested on here, but only interested, its not actually sold as yet.

With regards to mapping , would you map it with the bung in or not. Also would the bung be enough of a difference that the mapping would be off?

you would map the car without the bung in.

When you put the bung in later, it does reduce power quite a bit.
