diy heatshield
hi all , it seems induction kit heat shields are hard to come by ? so made my own out of aluminium 
to join the 3 pieces together i simply drilled and riveted . then to finish managed to blag some rubber strips from metal works factory and slotted onto the sharp edges . also , if anyone wants to cut aluminium easily without sawing " my metal is 2mm thick " simply use a sharp stanley knife cut at least 3 times then gently bend up and down . it gives a perfect cut better than hacksaw ! just discovered it .

also fibre glassed a vent to the inside of my front bumper , which i can fit the duct pipe onto . only when i went to fit the bumper back on i discovered it wouldnt fit and had to cut loads of it out to get it on !!!
